It's best to measure your dog's neck for accuracy rather than the collar so using a tape measure and placing two fingers between the tape measure and your dog's neck take a measurement in cm and refer to each individual design to see which size is appropriate.

We ship out orders from Monday to Friday. All orders will be dispatched from our warehouse within 3-5 business days. In peak periods please allow up to 6 business days for dispatch. Please note that we don't ship on weekends. 

Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during holidays and sale seasons. All orders are handled and shipped out from our international warehouse.

Once you place your order, please allow 3-6 business days to process your orders. After that, it will take 7-15 business days for delivery in the United Kingdom.

Yes, we absolutely do!  Just pop your chosen items into the cart and select your country when checking out and we'll do the rest.

If you've ordered more than one item from us it may arrive in separate packages due to being sent directly from different suppliers.  This may mean that they arrive a few days apart so please allow a few days before contacting us.
