What size collar is best for my dog?
It's best to measure your dog's neck for accuracy rather than the collar so using a tape measure and placing two fingers between the tape measure and your dog's neck take a measurement in inches and refer to the size chart on the page of your chosen design to see which size is appropriate.
When will my order be processed?
We ship out orders from Monday to Friday. All orders will be dispatched within 2-5 business days. In peak periods please allow up to 6 business days for dispatch. Please note that we don't ship on weekends.
Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during holidays and sale seasons. All orders are handled and shipped out from our base in the UK.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Once you place your order, please allow 2-5 business days to process your order. All orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48 Hour so once your order has been dispatched a tracking reference will be sent to you.
*All shipping times exclude any delays that Royal Mail may be experiencing.
Where are your accessories made?
All accessories are handmade by Vicki in her home studio with added help from Gizmo ;)
What is your returns policy?
We hope you're really happy with your purchase but in the unlikely event that you'd like to return your item please refer to our Returns & Refund Policy which will explain the returns procedure in detail.

Can I change my order?
We do like to ensure a quick processing time for our customers so changes to your order won't always be possible I'm afraid but please contact us and we'll do our best to try to accommodate your request.
Can I cancel my order?
Please contact us immediately if you wish to cancel an order and we'll do our best to try to accommodate your request. Please note that cancellations will not always be possible depending on the progress of your order.
My order hasn’t arrived within the specified delivery time?
We're sorry to hear that! In the first instance please check the tracking directly on the Royal Mail website using the tracking information sent to you within your dispatch email. If you are unable to track your order, the tracking is inconsistent or not as expected please do contact us with your full name and order number and we'll update you on your order shipping details.
I’m not happy with my order, what shall I do?
In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your purchase please contact us before leaving negative feedback. We'd like to be able to sort out any issues and/or organise a refund or a replacement for you
